寒椿 (Winter Tea Flower)
寒い中で可憐に花をつける寒椿の花。ふくらみかけた蕾をかたどっています。

雪中梅 (Plum in the Snow)
小さな梅がこぼれ落ちて雪にあるの風景、冬から春へー季節の移ろいを表現したお菓子です。
A scene where a small withering plum blossom has fallen to a bed of snow, indicating a change of season from winter to spring....
下萌 (Winter Sprout)
静かな春の日差しを浴びた雪解けの大地。厳しい冬を耐え、新しい命が芽吹く時。冬から春へー季節の移ろいを表現したお菓子です。
The gentle warmth of sun-rays bathed across a land covered with bed of snow, nonchalantly melting away the snow, granting the long endured, buried plant to sprout to the warm of the sun, indicating a change of season from winter to spring has come.
初音(Primordial Sound)
春を告げるうぐいすの初音。春を待ちわびる心を込めたお菓子です。

雪平 (桜)(Sakura Mochi)
求肥に白餡を加えて練り上げて、中は桜餡を包んで、塩漬けた桜花を乗せて仕上がります。
This mochi sweet has a chewy yet soft texture while wrapping a fragrant floral sakura filling. Perfect sweet for sakura lovers!
初桜 (First Sakura)
開花予想もされるほど人気で、色や形も綺麗に咲きます。咲き始めたばかりの吉野の花を練切餡を使い表現しました。
As spring comes, sakura season is around the corner. This nerikiri illustrate the start of blossom of Yoshino Sakura.
菜の花 (Canola Flower)
菜の花は、春の訪れを感じさせてくれる代表的な花です。菜の花畑などは、春の風物詩にもなっていますね。花は小さくて可愛らしいのですが、一面に広がる菜の花畑は、茎と葉の「緑」と花の黄色のコントラストが、とても壮観です。
Canola flower is a symbol of spring in Japan. The green color resembles the stem and leaf while yellow color reflects on the canola flower. Spring!
雲の雨 (Cloudy Rain)
梅雨の季節に入って、雨がザーザー降ってきて、ビュンビュン風が吹き付け、その鬱陶しい雰囲気を表現しました。
Rainy season has arrived, blustery wind bringing rain pitter-pattered above one's head. This Nerikiri described the gloomy weather happening now.
母の爱 (Mother Love)
母の日に迎えて、母の愛を表現させてこの煉り切りを作っております。
